Reno had stopped at the hangar to press the buttons that'd turn the lights on to reveal the helicopter. A smirk creased his face as his blue eyes fell on it. It was times like tis that Reno was glad he was a Turk. He had an almost dreamy look on his face as he looked from the helicopter's back to its front. He distantly heard what the others were saying.
However, his ears perked up upon hearing Squall's remark. Reno hadn't expected that comment and his grin widened slightly. "Yeah....I know!" he replied before walking up to it and then pushing the door aside so the others could enter. Gesturing with his hand as if to say 'You guys first!' That smile still on his face. Reno approached the pilot's seat and took the headsetand put it on before saying "Wait until you see me fly this baby!" he said before hopping into the pilot seat.
He pressed the button as the helicopter started up. The propellers going before he looked over to Squall and then nodded his head at the co-pilot's seat. "Since Balamb's your home it'd be better ya lead the way! That way I don't fly the wrong way!" Reno said before waiting patiently for everyone else to get in. Holding the stick that'd move the helicopter once everyone got in. Reno looked up at the hangar's roof and watched as the roof slowly split in two to allow the helicopter to take off. He peered back at them all before saying "Ready for lift off!"

Kail sits back in his seat, he pulls out a small electronic divice with two ear pices and puts both of the earbuds in to his ears. he then turns it on. Music starts playing from it.

Squall slowly approached the air craft. He then saw Reno nod over to the co-pilot's seat as a sign of him taking the lead. He got in and sat down. "Alright...let's go." Squall said. He had his mind on how everything was connected...Shinra..his home..now the so called crystal. With his new-found knowledge on what the crystal's powers were, Squall was more dermined to go out and find it.
'Just what is going on here?' Squall thought as the helicopter lifted from the building and into the sky.

Reno waited for Squall an the others to clamber into the helicopter before taking off. A smile played across his face as his eyes went distant as though he were fantasizing about something. Really, he was enjoying the idea of piloting the helicopter. He was 'in the zone' so to speak. Even though it appeared as though he were day dreaming he actualy wasn't. Reno was quite alert as to where the helicopter was going and what it was doing.
Listening to what Squall said, Reno merely saluted him. The helicopter took off with the utmost of ease. Reno was almost one with the helicopter. The smoothness of the ride indicated exactly how well of a pilot Reno was. Heck, he could get the thing to land in the Northern Cave in certain spaces without breaking a sweat! "So....which way, Squall?" he questioned as he kept his eyes directed forwards where the helicopter was heading.

Vincent had been the last to get on the helicopter, which he eyed warily. He didn't generally use such machinery, but he sighed and got on anyway. He seated himself on the edge seat of the large open door, looking down at the ground as they took off, tapping his foot on the helicopters base.

Squall gave a small chuckle upon seeing Reno salute him. He then started to look around the sky trying to get a sense of direction. He finally knew where he was going.
"Just head to the mountains to the east...then turn north...its smooth sailing from there." Squall said as he pointed to the east, towards the sun. The chase was on, they all wondered if they were too late. But still, they had to try.

Reno raised his eyebrows upon hearing Squall's chuckle. Honestly, Reno didn't think the guy had any humor in him nor found anything funny. Well, this was much better than being at each other's throats all day. He nodded upon hearing Squall's instructions and flew the helicopter swiftly and smoothly towards the indicated direction.
His eyes still distant as a dreamy smile played on his face. How he loved piloting this thing! It was as though he were back in his child hood or something like that. Hopefully, they weren't too late and could either just catch up in time or make it before the enemy did.
Maybe luck would be on their side for once.

Vincent would just be sitting in the back seat, saying nothing, as usual. His crimson gaze scanned the landscape below. He would occasionally tmade glances in Reno's direction, just to make sure he was still driving the... contraption.

Just as Reno and the others moved away from the mountians, a strange light came up from the ground and struck the helicopter. Causing it to start going down. The light came from the ground up, there was a group of people that shot it. The 4 individuals barely caught a glimpse of them before they crashed.

Reno snapped out of that daze and looked with wide eyes as something out of the blue came right at them. Hitting the helicopter and now sending them down into a nose dive. Reno fought with the controls making the crash as soft as he could manage. Reno glared at what was a mere glimpse of those that shot the helicopter down. "Hold on guys this is gonna be tricky!" he announced to the others in the back.
Reno pulled the helicopter control stick upwards making the helicopter bring its nose upwards. Now their crash was going to be less destructive to their bodies. That nose dive would've been fatal if Reno hadn't done that. Now, they could only pray they'd get out in one piece. Their world was spinning and the copter made contact with the ground. The lights and gages...everything went dark. Luckily, Reno had strapped himself into the seat he was in otherwise he would've been flat on his side on top of Squall. No need to make that guy even angrier.
Reno wondered where and what that light was. It was like it never existed until BAM! Now they were on the ground. Their transportation demolished by the look of things.

Squall looked around as they were hit. He tried to glance over at the ground below them and saw 2 men with tremendous power. He could barely make out their appearance, they both had white hair though. Suddenly, everything started spinning. Then a loud BAM broke the silence of the mountains. It was all a blur from there.
Squall then woke up, and saw the others around, they had survived the fall. "..Im alright...what hit us?" Squall said.

Two men approached the party, one had white hair and a huge sword, the other had a weird attire. They were extremely powereful.  : Hahaha...look...they survived...  : Yes...yes they did.... Just then, both of them summoned a horde of goblins to test the party's strenght.

Reno had shook his head before looking around to find Squall and Kail were alright. Of course they'd be alright! Reno had controlled the helicopter just enough so that they wouldn't get damaged too badly nor die. "Ugh....What ARE they?!" he exclaimed upon looking out the heliucopter window.
"Wait a minute....SEPHIROTH?!" he exclaimed in shock. That man was suppose to be gone for good! He noticed that monsters were appearing. "Uh...guys?! Maybe we should get ourselves outta this chopper? Before those things reach us!" he said as he unstrapped his belt that had protected him from certain death earlier. Reno took out his metallic rod and extended it in preparation to fight.

Squall sheathed his gunblade after the battle. He looked over at the two guys, and then he glanced over to Reno. He knew one of them.
"Just what do you want with us!?" Squall asked. He glared at the 2 individuals with a rage. More so, their mode of transportation was down and out.

After the battle, Vincent lowers his gun slightly but still holds it at a hand's ready. His cool, crimson gaze was targeted on the silver-haired man. His cloak flowed with the wnd as he took a step forward, his eyebrows furrowed. This was probably the first time he expressed his emotion. All he did was utter one word softly.
"Sephiroth..."

Reno kept his eyes on Sephiroth. He had his metallic rod fully extended and ready for anything. Reno then glanced over to Vincent knowing how it was mainly Vincent along with Cloud in the ganag that fought Sephiroth and defeated him. Also, Cloud destroyed him a second time. Just how he was up and walking about again, Reno would never know.
At least not now. His blue eyes stayed directed on the Sephiroth. "So...he's back!" he said. He then glanced over to Squall when he spoke. Reno had almost forgotten the others were there aside from himself and Vincent. "Looks like we're in for a good one!" he muttered to himself. Knowing how dangerous Sephiroth was.

Both guys looked at the party, without any fear, even at such display of power from taking out the Goblins. They started speaking:...I am Sephiroth....The crystals...will be ours.... : Kuja's the name. You can go to Balamb if you want...
With this, Kuja charged up and did a tornado spell at the party, which blew them several yards away. With such an amazing display of power, they dissapeared in a beam of light.

Vincent was able to keep his balance, even though the powerful wind pushed him back several feet. After the wind was over, he cursed to himself softly after he noticed that they had gone. He deposited Cerberus in his cloak and folded his arms, looking to see if they left any tracks.

Reno smirked when he heard Kail's insults. The second one was a good one to say the least. However, that smirk of his was soon wiped off due to the fact that the one that was said to be a crossdresser from Kail just summoned up a tornado. Reno's eyes widened before he ended up blowing back with the others several yards and then landing on his backside.
That was the SECOND time he landed on it today! Getting to his feet, Reno silently grimaced before brushing his suite off. Even though it wasn't realy affected by that little episode, he still brushed at it to keep it clean. "Those bozos!" he muttered before then looking around at the others.
Vincent was still standing. That wasn't anything new. Vincent was more skilled in certain...most aspects. The red head then glanced at where the two left. "Well...this sucks!" he said.

Squall stabbed his gunblade on the ground and managed to prevent being blown away like the others. Hen he looked up, both Kuja and Sephiroth were gone. He hadnt seen such a display of power since Ultimecia. He then looked over at Vincent, then at Reno who had just gotten up on his feet.
"yeah...more so...our ride's gone...guess walking is the only way, luckily, we're not far."

Squall got his act together and wiped the dust off from his clothing. He then looked to the path ahead and realized that they werent so far from Balamb Garden. Squall then looked over at Reno and Vincent and asked "Im guessing you knew those two?". He said this as he started walking towards the north, to the field where Garden was.

Reno looked over at Squall upon hearing this. "Um...correction! We only know ONE of those guys!" replied Reno as he brought up a hand with his index finger sticking out while the rest of his fingers were clenched close to the palm. "Sephiroth's the only one we know of!" Reno said.
He then bit his lip as he turned to look at the extent of their to-be journey on foot. 'Why did those jerks have to go and shoot us down for crying out loud?!' he thought bitterly. Reno made a mental note that if they ever got everyone restored to mention to Tseng they'd need a new helicopter. However, he wasn't going to say HOW the other was destroyed either.
Reno sure missed his pals but he wasn't up to hearing Tseng yell at him for an hour or two. Honestly, Reno didn't know HOW he managed o keep his hearing. He let his metallic rod rest upon his left shoulder as he followed Squall's lead.

All Vincent did was shrug at Squall's question, continuing forward with ease. He was obviously in deep thought, since he barely paid much attention to his surroundings. Despite their efforts, Sephiroth was back.. And he had said something about the crystals too.. This was not just a coincidence.

'Just what did they want with the crystals? Are they working for that mysterious man?' Squall thought to himself as he lead the group towards Garden. Gunblade shouldered, he kept on walking in front of the group, Garden finally made itself visible to the 4 guys.
"Come on, its over there, lets find that crystal" Squall said as he looked over building that seemed to get closer with each passing step.
(Well, just finish up your final posts, the thread is pretty much over, I'll make a new one)
