Following the events of the original GU series, a new roleplay forum has opened it's doors for the first time. [dot]hack//PARALLEL, a text-based roleplay beginning before the events of ROOTS and extending far beyond the GU story arks. You the members take matters into your own hands, creating your own characters to take the place of the .hack cast and create your own take on the .hack//GU story, from beginning to end". Each member will play the counterpart of the characters of GU, all original characters, all new plot twists.

Started around the events of ROOTS, the Anime rendition of the events before GU the PS2 game trilogy. Because of it's new status there are few members and as such few roles have been taken. We have a working leveling system that increases per so many posts, a fully functional BBS for in game communication as well as a member address addition and short mail . We hope to have even more success and allow this community to grow to it's full potential.
