In a medical room, a blond hair woman stirs. She was in a long time coma ward from events that happened a long time ago. She was thought to be dead...her torn clothing underneath the sheet, she opens her eyes and sits up.
Quistis Trepe looks around the room, awake after so long ago when she used the Pulsar Shockwave ability back in Ivalice...she looked around at the surroundings with a 'where the hell am I' look on her face.

A man in red can be seen down the corridor, carrying a woman in his arms. He puts the woman down on one of the many medical beds in the hall and then steps back to go out of the corridor again. Vincent returned carrying another person in his arms, as he also placed this one on another hospital bed. He then steps back and sighs, lowering his head as his black hair fell over his face.
That fight with that bounty, Kyuzo, had left a lot of casualties... No wonder he was up for the highest price on the market. Vincent shook his head and walked toward the exit.

Quistis stands up and walks out into a hall. She looks around with a blank expression on her face looking for anything that would have looked familiar.

Vincent had brought in the last of the injured persons into the hospital. He now turned around, meaning to leave, but a nurse asked for his name so she could thank him properly. He paused for a moment, then said quietly under his cowl, "...Vincent."
And then he left the hospital without a second glance.

Quistis sees Vincent leave out of the corner of her eye. She walks toward him trying to figure out what has been going on this whole time when a nurse tries to stop her.
"You're awake! We must perform tests!" she says in protest. Quistis shoves her out of the way and leaves the building.
"..Vincent...what has been going on since that day..." she says as she manages to catch up to him.

Vincent turns to look at Quistis, his eyes narrowing. He had not seen her for quite a while, more like 5 years. He wasn't sure to what she was suggesting. "What day.."

Vincent blinked, shifting glances at Quistis. Could she really not remember what had happened since then?

"...Ever since that day no...I remember everything before it, but it feels like I've been asleep forever..." Quistis says looking around still disoriented.
