Several days after their initial encounter, Balthier takes off and begins flying south. Before long, he lands the Strahl in a clearing not distant from a stone temple within a jungle. Balthier exits with his weapon on his shoulder as he encourages the others to come.
"Welcome to the Temple of the Lost...after the empire captured the Goddess Magicite, they came here to attempt to ressurect Asura, the Goddess of Life...but their efforts failed killing off the entire expedition at once. Before they could come back here to attempt to try again, Kefka began his rampage...hopefully the stone will still be there."

Reno casually walked out of the Strahl and looked all around the current area. His metallic rod slung over his shoulder as he held it up with his right arm over that right shoulder of his. Listening to Balthier when he spoke. 'Wonder what types of monsters will be around there?' he thought sarcastically.
The group was always running into monsters when traveling though they were lucky enough to get a few days of rest with no monsters to bug them. Now, it was time to get back on their feet and once again...into the fray!

Squall walked out of the Strahl and looked around the Temple. "Goddess Magicite....I hope Kefka didnt get it..." Squall said to himself as he entered the temple.

"YO! Wait up!" Reno exclaimed as he darted after Squall whom just entered the temple without the rest of them. When he reached the top most step, he stumbled over a jutted rock and found himself face flat on the stone floor. 'Idiot!' he thought of himself before getting back up and rubbing his face.
He entered the temple and had to dive out of the way because he accidentally hit an old pillar and it fell over narrowly missing Reno by an inch. "Jeez!" he said after getting back up once again.
Brushing himself off, free of dirt and dust.

As Squall reached the top step, he saw Reno fall and land on his face right next to him. He simply sighed and kept on walking. As he looked around, Squall jolted in surprised a bit at the sound of something falling. He then glanced over to Reno who had just dived out the way from being crushed.
Squall put his hand on his face and shook his head. "...That clumsyness will get you killed one day....jeez.." He said as he looked over at Reno.

Reno gave Squall a sheepish grin before saying "Ah, I've been in lots of situations where my clumsyness saved my butt." He then smirked upon having seen Squall's reaction to the sound of a pillar falling. "What's the matter...did I SCARE ya?" he asked jokingly. Of course, something like that even startled Reno for he hadn't expected something to drop on him almost.
He looked around before turning. Narrowly missing poor Squall's head. A strange whistling sound was heard above the other's head just as Reno's rod passed over the dark brown hiar missing Squall by mere inches. The red head, oblivious to the narrow hit he just made, turned back around to look about the area.

Vincent exits the large airship, walking slowly, but remaining close enough to the group to hear what they were saying. He seemed to be more preoccupied with examining his surroundings in the temple rather than pay attention to the content of the conversation.

As Balthier approaches a levitating stone, he hears something rumble in the bushes. He quickly draws his bayonet and fires into the bushes causing a beast to charge forward.

After the battle, Balthier climbs out of the hole and looks around.
"Well...that was jolly fun..." Balthier muses as he enters the stone archway into the temple proper. Within is a musky area filled with massive amounts of magical gas. The gas almost sickening to any who try to inhale it directly. Balthier walks forward and examines a dull grey floating sphere

"Damn Balthier are you alright" Kail walks over and looks him over a bit after that massive attack that Balthier took. "This is not good" as Kail assed Balthier condition as was quite badily beat up and he would need medical atention quite soon or else he would die. Kail uses several cure spells to keep Balthier alive for now,he also places a barrier around Balthier so he would not be attacked by a random monster.
Kail then turns to the group"Ok lisen up we have to leave Balthier here for now,If we can find this Godess magisite we can heal Balthier and bring Squall back to life so lets move out" he said as he waits for the others to say something.

Reno arrogantly slung his metallic rod over his right shoulder like he always did. His blue eyes went towards the knocked out Balthier. His eyes then reverted back towards Kail when he suddenly took the lead. "Whoa, whoa, whoa! One problem...we don't even know what the thing looks like!" he said. Shaking his head a bit. He definitely was determined to go right in and have a look but what the hell was he going to be of any use if he didn't even know what the damned thing looked like?!
Reno had a strong will. Not giving up despite the look of things. Only reason why he and Rude ever kept going. The two buddies always fought with Cloud and his gang in the past because of their will power and their orders they had been given by Rufus Shinra. It was rather sad to see that it was only Reno that seemed to have the stronger will out of the four Turks. Odd how that worked but he was glad to still be alive and not stoned.
He then glanced around at the spheres. 'This could be a problem!' he thought as he wondered which sphere would take them in the right direction. Splitting up seemed like a bad mistake to do in a situation like this. "...Where the hell are we going to go?" he said.

A cold wind stirred the air. A gently wind breezed suddenly breezed by the group that was there. A pillar of light suddenly descended from the ceiling. When it hit the ground, light engulfed the entire room. A person was there, black attire, a scar over his face. It was Squall's spirit coming to lend a hand to the guys. "...." He didnt say anything, he just pointed to biggest sphere at the left-most side of the room.

Reno scrunched up his nose right when a breeze of wind randomly erupted. It was stirring the dirt into the air and was sadly making his nose a bit erm.....uncomfortable. The red head shook his head to rid his nose from sneezing before the whole room was lit. His eyes widened before he covered them with a raised arm. The light was nearly blinding.
Just what was that? Blinking, Reno peered out from behind his arm to find a figure clothed in black attire with a scare upon its face. It was then that he recognized whom this was. It was Squall's spirit. The spirit didn't say anything before pointing towards a large sphere to their left. Reno raised both eyebrows as he glanced in that direction, he brought his gaze back toward Squall. This wasn't exactly how he expected to get there but this was a help he'd definitely take.
Reno smirked before giving a nod to Squall. "Thanks!" he said before turning towards this sphere that was indicated and walked over to it but hadn't touched it until the others came to do so. What if it only worked once?

The orb flew in front of the party, a voice filled the air. It was a woman's voice. She spoke in the party's ear.

Reno blinked as something came flying out at them. It was a very good thing he wasn't jumpy at the moment or he might've accidentally tried to smite the orb thinking it was an over sized bee or something like that. On a more serious note, the orb spoke. It was a woman's voice he could hear. 'Well, if this isn't our day for strange things!' he thought as he stood there trying to recall the name of what it was they needed to find.
'Curse my memory!' he thought for he was so fixed on having to get there that he didn't remember much of the name. Goddess something or other. DARN IT ALL! He let Kail do the talking since it was he whom touched the sphere in the first place.

The orb spoke again.
Goddess Magicite: I am the Goddess Magicite. I shall grant your wish. Not without a price. You must prove your strength, and so does your friend.
As the orb spoke. Squall's soul was engulfed in darkness. He had no chance of fighting back. Once the darkness dispersed it showed Squall. He was changed, he had grown 4 black wings, his eyes were pitched black, and his gunblade had grown twice its size. He was covered it markings.
Goddess Magicite: To bring your friend back, slay him down!

Reno stared as he thought how hard this may end up being. Beating up a friend wasn't what he ha in mind but it was necessary in order to bring him back. Confusing really, but hopefully when he was brought back he wouldn't hold this against them.
"Alright....Bring it!" he commented. Though a bit taken aback by Squall's new appearance. (XD!)

"I hope this proves our might to you" said Kail as lands on the ground as his Mars rune shuts off as did his wings. And waits for the Godess to reply to them.He then turns to to the dark haired woman that helped him and Reno in that fight. "I wonder where I have seen her before and how did she know about all of us" thought Kail.

Reno had gotten back up on his feet after having been knocked out for a time. He shook his head a bit from the pain he had felt from that last blow he received. He peered down at his suit to find that it had dirt over it here and there from having fallen on the floor. Reno frowned a little at this and then began o brush himself off.
Funny how he hadn't cared to tuck his shirt in but would brush his suit free of dirt and dust. Also, his hair was a bit frizzed. The ponytail he had was pulled out almost. His goggles he always wore on his head was pressed uncomfortably up more on his head. Reno rolled his eyes at these few things and set his goggles back to their rightful place upon his forehead and then pulled out his hair tie.
Reno didn't care if anybody thought this was awkward. Reno had his appearance to think about. Reno gathered up his red hair and then proceeded to retie it. Finally, after a few seconds his hair was back up in the usual ponytail. After finishing up by fixing up his hair, Reno returned his attention back towards where the others were. Slinging his metallic rod over his shoulder again as he waited for what was to happen next. Hopefully they did well enough to have brought Squall back.

The air cleared from the smoke of the battle. Squall was still in his demon form. He gave a scream that curled up everything in its radius. Purple smoke ejected from Squall's body as went back to his original from. He stabbed his gunblade on the ground and gasped for air. He looked around wondering what was going on.
"What...happened to me...?" Squall said as he fell on the ground, unconscious.

"Squall welcome back to the land of the living"Kail said as he goes over to Squall's side. "Hey Reno give me hand here" as he picks up Squall with some trobule as he got his ass kicked quite badily from that fight.

Reno raised his eyebrows as he turned to look at Squall in that demon form. His scream made Reno cover his ears and squint his eyes a bit because of how loud the noise was. He blinked once a purple mist or whatever issued out of Squall to return him back to his original form. Reno smirked a bit knowing that thy now had Squall back.
Before Squall passed out, Reno made this comment "Good to have ya back, buddy!" Reno saw Squall faint and went over to where Kail was now attempting to lift him up on his own. "Hold on!" he said as he then went to Squall's other side, the one opposite of Kail, and lifted up Squall. Together, he and Kail were holding him up. Reno was surprised at how heavy Squall felt.
It was expected considering he also got his rear end kicked. Reno didn't mind the weight all that much. He was just happy to see they all go their friend back.

Reno listened to what Kail was saying before following the other's finger with his eyes towards the nearby bench. "Okay, got it!" he replied. Lifting Squall up a bit more before heading towards the bench along with Kail.

As both Kail and Reno set Squall down on the bench Kail turns to the dark haired woman. "I did not catch your name miss" he asked as he wanted to know her name as Kail tryed to remember where he had seen this girl from.

Reno returned his attention towards the woman from before. Basically, Kail already said what he wanted to know. Reno glanced back over to the unconscious Squall to make sure he was alright before glancing back over at the others. "...More importantly....how the heck did you end up in a place like this?" Reno questioned her.
It seemed kind of fishy to find someone in a place such as this but she did help them. So, there really wasn't anything to worry about from her...hopefully. It appeared as though those were dragons wings upon her back. Reno remained silent after this as he waited to hear this girl's response.
